As a product of dating a guy who lives in the City, I ride the GO train- a lot. Because I'm not rushing to work like most of the other passengers, I have time to pay attention to my surroundings. I have noticed a trend in asian culture- most of them, really like McDonalds. Most of them also look super rad, with the coolest get ups that seem to get even cooler once they've finished their big macs and are now carrying around their McDonalds fountain pop. In no way am I trying to be discriminatory, but I have only noticed this happening with rad looking asian kids. It's as if they use their cup as a fashion accessory- and it works.
My boyfriend flew out to Vancity yesterday, I recieved this text from him
'Your asian fountain pop cup theory has been officially confirmed in Vancouver. It's a national trend'
...Told you so!
